Bookings

• Reservations: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit and are subject to availability.

• Payment: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified during the process.

• Special Requests: Please notify us of any special needs at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate all requests, they are subject to availability and feasibility.

Cancellations & Refunds

Guest-Initiated Cancellations:

o Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a full refund.

o Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.

o Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

 Art Club-Initiated Cancellations:

o In the rare event that Art Club must cancel an event, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

o Art Club is not liable for additional costs incurred by guests, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

 Rescheduling Policy:

o Guests may request to reschedule their booking at least 7 days prior to the event date, subject to availability.

 Force Majeure:

o Art Club is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics. In such cases, rescheduling options or credits may be offered at our discretion.

• Data Collection: We collect personal details (e.g., name, contact info) for managing bookings and improving services. This information is used solely for managing bookings, facilitating payments, and improving our services.

• Data Use: Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process your booking (e.g., payment processing services) or when required by law.
